What to Expect

Process & next steps

02. Choose the one

If the stars align and you decide I’m the one, we’ll finalise your deposit and contract to get your date confirmed in the studio calendar. And remember, you can upgrade your package at any time, so don’t stress if you’re in the early stages of planning and unsure of the exact package.

01. Let’s meet

A complimentary consultation to ensure we’re the perfect fit. We'll chat about your dreams and vision, my approach and how we can make it the best day ever.

03. Confirm the details

As your big day gets closer, I’ll send through a questionnaire about three months prior to your wedding to find out all the details - small and big. Then about two months out, you’ll receive an email to organise a pre-wedding meeting with me. Your final payment will be due one month prior to your wedding date. Let the countdown begin!

04. Say I do

It’s the day you’ve been waiting for - your wedding! It’s time to get excited, take a deep breath and have the time of your life, as I’m alongside you to capture it all.

05. Sneak Peeks

Within 24 to 48 hours you will get an email from me with some sneak peeks to share with your family and friends.

06. Delivery Day

Organise a date night, get out the wine and cheese board, then open your inbox to go down memory lane and relive your wedding day with your private online gallery. Now for the hard part - choosing what photographs to frame on your walls!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You are not alone! To be honest, everyone (including me) gets a little uneasy having their photos taken. I have a relaxed and down to earth approach that makes couples feel like they can simply be themselves while bringing out your personality is my favourite part of the job. I can almost guarantee by the end of the day, couples who are originally uneasy tell me it was so much fun and better than they ever imagined.

  • Capturing the genuine essence of your special day with a touch of editorial sophistication. For couples seeking a modern yet refined approach to documenting their wedding, I offer a tailored experience that celebrates every detail - the perfect, the unplanned and everything in-between.

  • Absolutely! For interstate and international weddings, please get in touch for a bespoke quote.

  • As we’ll spend so much time together on your special day, I definitely recommend meeting in person over a coffee or via Zoom for a chat. Here is a Calendly link to select a time that suits you both.

  • I certainly do, and we can consider this option if there are time constraints or for a tradition that requires me to be in two different locations at once. However to be completely honest, the majority of weddings I shoot is on my own, so it’s likely we'll only need me for your wedding day.

  • I prefer to focus on what I am passionate about and where my talent lies - and that is photography. I have several videographers with different styles that I work with regularly and can highly recommend. You can explore my black book of recommended vendors here.

  • Simply get in touch via my contact form to get the process started. Once I’ve received your email (and if I’m available on your nominated date), you’ll receive an email with my investment guide. From here, you can ask as many questions as you like and we can also meet online or in person for a chat. Once you’ve given me the big tick of approval and selected your package, you’ll receive the necessary paperwork to make it official. Signing the contract and paying your non-refundable deposit of $1000 will secure your date in my calendar.

  • My packages for weddings start from around $4800 and the most popular package is around $5800. I also have elopement packages starting at around $2000 and engagement and portrait sessions start from $950. For specific costs, send me a message via my contact page and you’ll receive my investment guide straight to your inbox.

  • Although every wedding is different, generally I provide at least 100 photos per hour of shooting. You will receive a sneak peek of around a dozen images 2-48 hours after your day to share with family and friends. Within six to eight weeks, you’ll receive the full online gallery of your wedding.

  • Yes! I recommend an album - it’s a beautiful keepsake that will feature the best of the best images printed from your special day. I can also provide guidance on prints and framing - send me an email with your favourites and I can provide a quote to fill up those blank walls with once-in-a-lifetime memories.

  • Unfortunately the answer is no, as this is a key part of my process as a photographer.

On average I take around 3000 to 6000 images on the day and work very hard to curate the best images possible, and deliver them edited in my unique style.
